1. Scope
This policy applies to the "AI Applications Starter Course" run by Visionex AI Education Company Ltd. ("we"), including single lessons (MOP $88 each) and the 8-lesson pass (lessons 3–10, MOP $588; early-bird price MOP $488 when you sign up at least 7 days before the start). First-intake founding students (course starting 7 October 2026) paid MOP $350 for the pass, and their refunds follow the founding calculation below.
Lessons 1 and 2 are free trial lessons with no payment involved, so no refund applies. We recommend taking the trial lessons first and paying only once you're sure the course suits you.
2. Full refunds
You can request a full refund if:
- You apply at least 24 hours before the live start of the first paid lesson you bought.
- We cancel the course, or change a class date and you can't make the new arrangement (only the affected lessons are refunded).
- A technical problem on our side prevents the live class and we can't provide a replay of that lesson (only the affected lessons are refunded).
3. 8-lesson pass: partial refunds
After the first paid lesson of your pass has started, the unused portion can be refunded as follows:
Refund = amount paid − number of paid lessons started × MOP $88 (minimum 0)
"Paid lessons" means lessons 3–10 only; lessons 1–2 are free trial lessons and are never deducted. "Started" means the lesson's live class has begun or its replay has been provided, whether or not you attended.
For example, if you paid MOP $588 for the pass and 2 paid lessons have started, you can get MOP $412 back; if you paid the early-bird price of MOP $488, you can get MOP $312 back. Once the deduction reaches the amount you paid, no refund applies.
First-intake founding students: Refund = MOP $350 − number of paid lessons started × MOP $50; once 7 or more paid lessons have started, no refund applies.
4. When refunds don't apply
- The live class of a single lesson has started, or its replay has been provided.
- You miss a live class for personal reasons. Every lesson has a replay, so absence is not a reason for a refund.
- You break our terms of use, for example by reselling your seat or sharing replay links or your account with others.
5. How to apply
Send your request by Instagram DM or WeChat, including: the name you signed up with, your student ID (if any), proof of payment and the reason for your request.
6. Processing time
We'll reply within 3 working days of receiving your request. Once a refund is confirmed, we'll return it to the original payment method within 7 working days; if that isn't possible, we'll agree another way with you.
